Virtual Personal Training
One-on-one personal training over Zoom. We will work with whatever equipment you have. If you do not have equipment, we will make use of body-weight exercises and/or make use of household items such as detergent bottles, books, etc.
Have you been exercising for quite some time but have hit a plateau and aren't getting desired results? It happens sometimes! Working together we will make sustainable tweaks to your program and bust through your slump.
