6-Week Virtual Workout Class

All levels are welcome! I have modifications for every exercise, as well as low impact alternatives.
Evening class: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:15 - 7:00pm PST.
Morning class: Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 - 7:45am & Saturday: 9:00 - 9:45am PST.
All memberships come with a custom macronutrient guide that tells you how much protein, carbs and fat to eat each day to reach your goals.
Membership 1: Classes 2X a week equivalent to 12 classes for $130.
Membership 2: Classes 3X a week equivalent to 18 classes for $180.
Membership 3: Unlimited classes (up to 6 classes weekly) equivalent to 36 classes for $220.
Drop in classes are $13.
Dates for upcoming cycle: February 28 - April 9.
